*For Other Nationals
If you are planning a short visit to the Netherlands and you do not have Dutch nationality, you may need to apply for a Schengen visa. The Netherlands is one of the 26 European countries forming the Schengen Area which have no border controls between them. These countries issue a common visa, the Schengen visa. Please bear in mind that if you want to apply for a visa at the Netherlands Embassy, the main destination or period of longest stay within the Schengen area must be the Netherlands. Otherwise, the Embassy cannot accept the application. Every applicant must appear in person to apply.
Please see the column on the right for the Schengen visa application form. Also, general information on Schengen visa and the requirements in details could be found at the file [Info] Schengen Visa.
***For application, you are kindly requested to make a prior appointment by call or e-mail(02-311-8600 / SEO-CA@minbuza.nl). Before coming to the Embassy, please make sure that all required documents are well prepared. Even if one of the requirements is not included, application will not be processed.
There are 3 types of visas you can apply for. Check which one applies to you. See the information in the left menu.
